A business model canvas (BMC) documents how a business creates, delivers, and captures value; or how it intends to create, deliver, and capture value in the future. A BMC will start with a first draft, which will spark additional questions to be answered. By the third version, the BMC will have some data behind it, and you will have refined questions and continued research.
