Purpose: To help Agile Teams reflect on their Iteration or PI, review their practices, and identify ways to improve Items: - Trees: Desirable outcomes or goals the team is trying to achieve. - Anchors: Problems or things that hold you and your team back from achieving desired outcomes. The deeper the anchor, the worse the problem. - Wind: Strengths or things that make your team more efficient, effective, or happy. - Risks: Significant risks that can "sink" and/or disrupt the work and the outcomes the team wants to achieve.
