Current State Value Stream Map

Value Stream Mapping is a systematic way to view all the steps required to produce value. Teams can use the Current State Value Stream Map first to understand time-to-market. This should be followed by the Future State Value Stream Map to improve time-to-market. This board is intended to be used in conjunction with: 1. Future State Value Stream Map 2. DevOps Transformation Canvas Use all three of these boards together to create a completed Value Stream map and transformation canvas.
