Future State Value Stream

Value Stream Mapping is a systematic way to view all the steps required to produce value. Teams should use the Current State Value Stream Map first to understand time-to-market. Then they can use this Future State Value Stream Map to identify improvements in time-to-market. This board is intended to be used in conjunction with: 1. Current State Value Stream Map 2. DevOps Transformation Canvas Use all three of these boards together to create a completed Value Stream map and transformation canvas.
