20/20 Vision Prioritization Canvas

20/20 Vision a template that helps your team surface and discuss work to be done and to rank the importance or priority of each item relative to the other ideas presented. Instructions: 1. Each participant individually adds new ideas to 'New Ideas' region. 2. The team collaborates with to organize ideas into 'More Important' or 'Less Important'. 3. The team then organizes the 'More Important' items into the Top 10 items, in rank order. Hints: 1. Try to have one, and only one, item in each of the rankings (in other words, you don't want three 'number one' items). 2. You don't have to have ten items. If your team only needs to identify their top three or top five priorities, stop the forum when you're found them!
