PI Planning SoS Radiator Day 2

During PI Planning, the Scrum of Scrums checkpoints help keep the teams on track and facilitates early identification of risks. On the second day of PI Planning, there is typically 2 SoS checkpoints. The first is a Progress Check-In. This checkpoint allows the teams to report on their progress towards the final plan, raise any risks, and report on their status of planning with the management team feedback and planning adjustments in consideration. The second checkpoint on day 2 is the Final Plan Readiness Check-In. This checkpoint is used to wrap up all outstanding items from the first checkpoint and ensure the teams have completed planning, written their PI Objectives, finalized the business value with the Business Owners, resolved all dependencies, mitigated all team risks, and are ready to present their final plan. Instructions: 1. Zoom in to clearly see the question and column for each team. 2. Place the corresponding item in each box for each question and team. Tip: To have a less crowded view of the board, change item view (in the right hand menu) from Classic to Icon.
