This template helps establish priorities by mapping potential work items (Epics, Features, or Stories) in two dimensions: X-axis: Effort/Size (left to right) Y-axis: Value/Priority/Impact (low to high) The template has pre-built regions to help you post-process the items and establish a work order. Instructions: 1) Before inviting participants, pre-populate the template with known work items and adjust the X-axis and Y-axis regions to match your conventions for capturing value and effort. For example, you might change the X-axis regions from T-Shirt sizes to Story Points or forecasted costs.
