Start - Stop - Continue & I Wish Retrospective

This template combines two great retrospective techniques into one awesome tool: Stop-Start-Continue & I WISH. Teams can reflect on previous work and things they would like to change. Areas: - Start: Things that the team should work on - Stop: Things that are not working - Continue: Things that are working and you want to continue doing - I like: Things that are going well - I wish: What could be different - I wonder: What if we tried something new Instructions: 1) Everyone takes 5-10 minutes to add their entries in the appropriate column. 2) Each person reads out their items. 3) Vote on which topics to discuss by placing an “X” in the description while in “Table” view. 4) Discuss highest voted topics with the team.
