This template is designed to help a group understand and develop a Sinek "Start With Why" template. It operates in two phases. Phase 1: Ask participants to answer the questions: - Why should someone come to work at your company? - Why should someone work on your product? Phase 2: Organize these statements into the Golden Circle. This activity inspired by Peter Green.
