PI Planning Room (Medium)

PI Planning is the most critical event in all of SAFe. As such, it is critical to have a space that is conducive to collaboration and alignment between all members of a train, regardless of whether you are planning in-person, dispersed, or fully distributed. The PI Planning Room (Medium) Template is meant to be used by medium Agile Release Trains with 6 to 10 teams. Use this template as a base for all other PI Planning activities including links to presentations, the ART Planning Board, Team Boards, team communication channels, and more to make navigation through the virtual PI Planning artifacts seamless and efficient.
